Executive Admin - Integrator
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide admin support – schedule client meetings, acknowledge incoming calls and emails, manage client data base
- Prepare insurance & investment summaries for client meetings
- Complete applications and provide client service (based on licensing)
- Execute marketing plan – manage website, select content and manage social media
- Track sales activity
Qualifications
- Willingness to partner with financial services advisor with over 35 years of serving clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with above average typing speed
- Proficient in Office 365 Suite, CRM Dynamics, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator and Adobe
- Experienced in posting content to social media
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
Ideal candidate can work 20-30 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Opportunity to complete some work remotely.
