MARKETING SPECIALIST – PART TIME

Primary Responsibilities

NM CRM

  • Prep reports monthly for Age Changes and Birthdays
  • Assign calls to Agency Shared Scheduling Services
  • Post case notes, assign tasks and calls
  • Save reports to PDF for client meetings (1) Client Contact (2) Case Notes

MARKETING

  • Send and log gifts; milestone birthdays (wine), weddings, babies, retirement, etc.
  • Invite clients to HO and Agency events, webinars
  • Send replays of HO webinars to select clients
  • Look up clients on LinkedIn, and send invites to allow us to follow them on social media
  • Prep Marketing materials and submit them to Marketing Materials Review at the HO
  • Keep current with content from the Private Client Group Marketing Team

Qualifications

  • Willingness to partner with financial services advisor with over 35 years of serving clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with above average typing speed
  • Proficient in Office 365 Suite, CRM Dynamics, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator and Adobe
  • Experienced in posting content to social media
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through

Ideal candidate can work 10-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Opportunity to complete some work remotely.
